Santai Sore di Day's Scoop

Tiba-tiba narsis dan ingin foto ootd nih. Karena saya dapat surprise dibelikan baju oleh suami,  di online shop sahabatnya Margareth Olshop. Bajunya berupa playsuit warna biru muda yang cocok banget dipakai santai.

Tapi bosan kalau foto di rumah saja dengan latar unfinished brick wall yang itu-itu aja. Jadilah ajak suami jalan-jalan sore. Kebetulan di tempat kami sering makan cotto Makassar,  di belakangnya ada semacam cafe yang menyediakan menu-menu dessert yang bikin penasaran untuk dicoba. Namanya Day's Scoop. Alamatnya di Jalan Raya Tomohon,  hampir berseberangan dengan UKI Tomohon. Sesampai di Day's Scoop,  saya dan suami turun duluan buat memesan menu. Sedangkan oma dan Erich nunggu di mobil dulu karena Erich ketiduran dengan lelapnya.

Karena niatnya hanya pengen santai,  jadi saya pesan Taiwan Dessert Chocolate,  yang isinya terdiri dari Chocolate Ice Cream,  Corn Flakes,  Canned Fruit,  dan Oreo Crumble. Rasanya enak. Dan snacknya saya pesan snack andalan saya,  yakni pisang goreng goroho. Dan rasanya yang mereka sediakan disini enak sekali ternyata. Saya suka karena pisang gorengnya natural,  tanpa penyedap berlebihan. Nah suami saya memesan sup ikan kuah asam, dan sop buah semangka. Saya ga sempat menyicip sop buahnya,  tapi kata suami saya enak. Sedangkan ikan kuah asamnya,  saya sempat icip kuahnya doang,  dan enak juga. Nah untuk mama saya,  pesanannya pisang goreng saos cokelat keju. Uh ini juga yummy lho. Oh iya,  ikan kuah asam yang dipesan suami saya,  saya kasih juga untuk makan malam Erich,  karena dia terbangun saat jam makan malamnya tiba. Tapi sayang saya tidak sempat memotret menu-menu lain selain ice cream saya, hehehe.

Untuk tempatnya sendiri,   saya suka. Pertama karena halaman parkirnya masih cukup luas. Jadi terkesan lega dan lapang,  cocok untuk santai. Interior desainnya juga terdapat beberapa item yang eye catching,  seperti tembok yang dicat dengan pola belang hitam putih seperti badan sapi perah,  lucu banget,  hehehe. Hal yang kurang saya suka, disaat malam mulai tiba,  banyak nyamuk gede yang beterbangan. Hmm  Dan juga tidak disediakan baby high chair. Semoga nanti bisa disediakan. 

Over all,  saya suka dengan tempat ini. Oh iya hampir lupa,  harganya juga cukup terjangkau. Tempat ini juga letaknya cukup mudah dijangkau. Jadi kalau nyari tempat buat santai sore bersama keluarga, anda bisa mencoba tempat ini.

Lately I've been so interested to do window shopping, include clothes. Since I've got no time to visit offline stores, so this kind of shopping solves the problem. I found BERRYBENKA on instagram, then I went to their official webstore. I liked to find more, so I downloaded the app from App Store (Or you can find it too on Google Play), then I dive more in that. I was quite surprised when I found that the prices are very affordable. Even I know that high prices come up with good quality, but affordable is another important thing to consider. So to find out how the BERRYBENKA's stuffs come up to me, I decided to buy a sale item they featured on app. They features many labels, but for the first try I choose Berrybenka Label. One more surprise, they came up with very low minimum purchase to get free shipping! What a very good news. Only IDR100K and you get free shipping. Even one of my bestie said that she got free shipping without minimum purchase, few months before. But maybe there are some changes about that. It's fine as long as it is. I placed my order next, and they responded so quick. I'm so satisfied. I'm so highly surprised that my stuff came home only two days after I placed my order. In between those 2 days, I received complete e-mails about the progress of my order. Here's the e-mails I received (like a rally) after place my order on the web.1. Not only the quick delivery, they also provide very simple yet detail informations about the progress of our package (I realized this after the second purchase I tell next below).Another thing I like is the packaging. I think we agree that good packaging is a good treat. They wrap up the stuff in a box, a good looking box. Inside the box is our stuff and some leaflets and exchange/return form. I can use this box for another function too.

About the quality of the stuff I bought, I don't really excited about it, cause there was a little flaw on the sewing. But since that was a sale item, I also don't really disappointed with it. I thought it's fine. It didn't stop me to buy another items.Few weeks later, the big sale time comes, and all fashion e-commerce in Indonesia held Jakarta Great Online Sale 2016 #JGOS2016. It's also Ramadhan, so more discounts were available. I tried my second purchase. Using a voucher of course. I bought two items, and get 50% off on the item with the lowest price. Quite fun! But maybe due to great onlie sale time, everybody's so excited to do online shopping, so they're working hard on service. I got a little bit slow response this time. Not so slow actually, but not so fast as my first purchase. I even had to confirm payment two times, one by app, and one by official line chatting. But I'm so glad I got fast response on line chatting. Unlike the first purchase, this time my payment approval e-mail came up a little longer. I placed my order at June 22, received the first e-mail (order received) at the same day. Then I paid for my order at June 23, and confirmed my payment through mobile app at that day too. As I told before I had to confirmed two times. Then the payment approval e-mail came up to my mailbox at June 24th. The next day, I receive e-mail that my order has been packed. At June 26 I don't received any e-mails, of course cause it was sunday 😂. On monday June 27 finally I received e-mail that my order has been shipped. Right after that I jumped into J&T's official website to track my order. I was so happy that my order has already in the nearest gateway. And this afternoon (June 28) the package arrived home. And I was so glad. The products came up as I expected.So for my second purchase, it took 4  working days from placing order to delivered home. What a great service by BERRYBENKA.COM, in this crowded hours of sale, they still can manage good work, and provided short delivery period less than estimation they featured (2-6 working days for outside Jakarta). Yang paling pertama saya pakai adalah body lotionnya, setelah itu mulai mencoba satu-satu produk hydrating seriesnya, kemudian saya ketemu si intense brightening essence dalam seri White Secret ini. Serum ini packagingnya berupa botol kaca berwarna putih. Tulisan brand warna silver. Netto sebotolnya 17 ml. Penutupnya menyatu dengan pipet aplikator.

Yang bikin saya suka sama serum ini terutama adalah sensasi segar di kulit ketika dipakai. Saya pernah coba serum lain sebelumnya, tetapi tidak sesegar Wardah ini. Teksturnya seperti cairan bening, tidak secair air, tetapi tidak juga sekental gel. Cukup cepat meresap di kulit saya. Biasanya saya gunakan di malam hari, saat sebelum tidur. Butuh 3-4 tetes untuk keseluruhan wajah dan leher. Saya gunakan ini setelah toner, sebelum moisturiser. Saya tidak menggunakan krim malam, karena belum menemukan yang cocok aja sih. Bahkan kadang-kadang saya pun suka malas memakai moisturiser, tetapi dengan serum ini saja efeknya sudah berasa banget saat bangun pagi. Wajah saya terasa lebih halus, lembab, glowing (tapi tidak berminyak) saat bangun pagi. Soal lebih cerahnya, saya rasa semua produk perlu waktu ya untuk bisa dilihat efeknya. Saya baru produk ini selama kurang lebih 2 bulan, itupun kadang suka gak disiplin dengan skincare routine (tolong jangan dicontoh). Tetapi efek cerahnya cukup terlihat lho. Yang terpenting sih kulit saya terasa lebih sehat. Dan satu lagi, penggunaan serum ini cocok di kulit saya, tidak menimbulkan efek negatif. Menurut saya itu salah satu kelebihan produk Wardah, cocok di kulit kebanyakan orang. Makanya saya gak takut untuk mencoba banyak produk Wardah. Tapi tetap harus dilihat juga kesesuaian fungsi produk dengan kebutuhan kulit ya.

Jadi kesimpulannya, menurut saya Wardah White Secret Intense Brightening Essence ini juara banget. Repurchase? Sudah pasti. Harganya juga tidak begitu mahal, di bawah seratus ribu rupiah. Dan sudah pasti saya akan lebih disiplin lagi memakai produk ini. I'll share you next time if I found any further progress about it.

The Must-Have Shades of Lip Color Products

Who doesn't excited when it comes to lip products? For woman I mean. This item has become most important to go for make up. You can't go out with full makeup but forgot the lipstick. Instead it would be just fine if you wear only lipstick without another touch of makeup. Well I'm not doing swatches or review of brand this time. But I'm talking about shades of lip color. Oh ya, I prefer to use 'lip color' as the nomenclature. Cause sometimes I got confused when I heard the words 'liquid lipstick'? Is it liquid or stick? I thought. Well that's not a big thing.

So here it is what I'm gonna share. Based on my conclusion after some little research and reading reviews about lip color products, I found one bottom line. Lip color has purpose to coloring our lip. But most of women are just too excited when buying lip color products. So they buy more than they need. Well I'm quite like that sometimes. But lately I realized that there's no need to buy too much, if I don't need that much. Since I'm still a beginner about makeup, I thought it would be useless if I buy too much and just went expired without so much using it. So I figure out what is the efficient way to have lip color products. Then I found when it comes to lip products, shades is the main thing. Indeed it's important to find the products with good quality and good formula, but to find the perfect shade is the first thing to do. So what shades are important to have? I divide into three section of shades, based on necessary.

1. The Natural Shade

Natural shade is for daily use. Every woman has to have this kind of shade. Because the natural makeup won't be so natural without natural lip, right? To find the best of natural shade, you have to recognize the real color of your lips, then try to find the color that suits best on your real lip color. Or, find the color that enhances the real color of your lips. The nudes are commonly known and used for natural look. Buy since nudes have vary of color, find more what suits best on your lips, or your skin tone. My holy grail natural shade is pinky nude. Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color in shade Seduction is my current favorite. 

2. The Glam Shade

The glam shade is for party. Wedding party, birthday party, or else. The glam shade also perfect for photo shoot. If you want to take a good picture for instagram or other social media, try the glam shade to compliment the look before take the photo. The elegant color is the best for glam shade. Bloody red or wine color for example. Or the vampy colors. My current favorite of glam shade is the classic red from Revlon Matte Lipstick. You can also play with texture when it comes to the glam shade.

3. The Not-So-Yourself Shade

If I tell that every woman should have the natural shade for their signature look, I also recommend that every woman should have at least one color that so in contrast with her signature. Because sometimes we have to look quite different, for some occasion. You can try the neon colors, or bright and radiant color, or even the darkest of black. My current favorite of this kind of shade is the Runway Rebel shade from Make Over Ultra Hi Matte Lipstick. It's like pinky fuchsia.

Over all, the shades of lip color are the fun thing to play with. But don't forget the purpose of lip color products when you intended to buy some. It's fine when you want to have much products, but if it's not so important in the moment, try to find exactly the amount you need at the moment. To be efficient, find the right color first.
