Lately I've been so interested to do window shopping, include clothes. Since I've got no time to visit offline stores, so this kind of shopping solves the problem. I found BERRYBENKA on instagram, then I went to their official webstore. I liked to find more, so I downloaded the app from App Store (Or you can find it too on Google Play), then I dive more in that. I was quite surprised when I found that the prices are very affordable. Even I know that high prices come up with good quality, but affordable is another important thing to consider. So to find out how the BERRYBENKA's stuffs come up to me, I decided to buy a sale item they featured on app. They features many labels, but for the first try I choose Berrybenka Label. One more surprise, they came up with very low minimum purchase to get free shipping! What a very good news. Only IDR100K and you get free shipping. Even one of my bestie said that she got free shipping without minimum purchase, few months before. But maybe there are some changes about that. It's fine as long as it is. I placed my order next, and they responded so quick. I'm so satisfied. I'm so highly surprised that my stuff came home only two days after I placed my order. In between those 2 days, I received complete e-mails about the progress of my order. Here's the e-mails I received (like a rally) after place my order on the web.1. Order Received & Please Make Payment. I pay my order right after I read this e-mail. Then I received the next e-mail:2. Payment Approval3. Order has been packed4. Order has been shippedUnlike the other purchases I've done in common online shop, usually it took at least a week for my purchase to came home. Well I'm so glad with Berrybenka's Shipping Courier J&T Express. Not only the quick delivery, they also provide very simple yet detail informations about the progress of our package (I realized this after the second purchase I tell next below).Another thing I like is the packaging. I think we agree that good packaging is a good treat. They wrap up the stuff in a box, a good looking box. Inside the box is our stuff and some leaflets and exchange/return form. I can use this box for another function too.

About the quality of the stuff I bought, I don't really excited about it, cause there was a little flaw on the sewing. But since that was a sale item, I also don't really disappointed with it. I thought it's fine. It didn't stop me to buy another items.Few weeks later, the big sale time comes, and all fashion e-commerce in Indonesia held Jakarta Great Online Sale 2016 #JGOS2016. It's also Ramadhan, so more discounts were available. I tried my second purchase. Using a voucher of course. I bought two items, and get 50% off on the item with the lowest price. Quite fun! But maybe due to great onlie sale time, everybody's so excited to do online shopping, so they're working hard on service. I got a little bit slow response this time. Not so slow actually, but not so fast as my first purchase. I even had to confirm payment two times, one by app, and one by official line chatting. But I'm so glad I got fast response on line chatting. Unlike the first purchase, this time my payment approval e-mail came up a little longer. I placed my order at June 22, received the first e-mail (order received) at the same day. Then I paid for my order at June 23, and confirmed my payment through mobile app at that day too. As I told before I had to confirmed two times. Then the payment approval e-mail came up to my mailbox at June 24th. The next day, I receive e-mail that my order has been packed. At June 26 I don't received any e-mails, of course cause it was sunday 😂. On monday June 27 finally I received e-mail that my order has been shipped. Right after that I jumped into J&T's official website to track my order. I was so happy that my order has already in the nearest gateway. And this afternoon (June 28) the package arrived home. And I was so glad. The products came up as I expected.So for my second purchase, it took 4  working days from placing order to delivered home. What a great service by BERRYBENKA.COM, in this crowded hours of sale, they still can manage good work, and provided short delivery period less than estimation they featured (2-6 working days for outside Jakarta).
